Dementia Inclusive Churches

Creative Congregations creates dementia friendly churches and equips churches and faith organisations to understand the challenges associated with dementia and explore creative ways to meaningfully support people affected by it.

We inspire and train participants in using creative approaches to create dementia friendly churches and:

  • keep people connected to their church communities
  • facilitate the continued expression of faith
  • reach out to people in the wider community
