Designed with family carers, relatives, friends and professional carers in mind, Bright Boxes: One to One provide creative and inspiring ways to enjoy relationships and meaningfully spend time with a person with dementia.
Each Bright Box: One to One resource provides a wide range of activity ideas and materials that can help you enjoy meaningful activities and moments with people with dementia in both planned and spontaneous ways. Each Bright Box includes dance and exercise videos, creative writing activities, crafts and things to do when out and about – as well as ways to include friends and family. All activities can be adapted to accommodate people with early to late stage Dementia.
All our activity ideas and resources are based on Bright Shadow’s eight years of experience working with people with dementia, so you can rest assured that you are in safe hands.
