Bright Shadow Response
I hope that you and your families are all staying safe and well. It has been reassuring to hear your updates via our wonderful Zest Session Assistants who are in regular phone contact with all our participants. I am so sorry that some of you are having a particularly difficult time, and hope that we can continue to work together with you to offer our support and a creative outlet.
I am delighted to announce that as of today, our four Zest groups will be meeting at their regular times (Hythe 3pm) on a weekly basis.
The sessions will be 1 hour in length and will include all the usual Zest fun – singing, gentle movement, sharing ideas and feelings and creating our own original artworks. It will be wonderful to simply see and hear from each other once again. If you are interested in joining one of our groups, please email email@example.com
In addition to this, on Friday we will be sending out our first weekly art activity sheet, curated by visual artist Coral Brookes. Full of ideas for creative projects to work on from home, we are already looking forward to seeing what you produce! We will share your work on forthcoming activity sheets, on our new My Zest web page and on social media. Again, if you would like to receive these, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We are listening to and processing your news and the world around us and thinking of additional ways that we might be able to help in the coming weeks and months. Please keep visiting our website and social media to stay up to date.
Thinking of you and looking forward to hearing from you. If you are new to Bright Shadow/Zest, please feel welcomed.
All best wishes,
