I am a senior arts leader, producer and fundraiser with over 20 years of experience working in outstanding arts organisations which foreground disabled artists and audiences. It was a huge honour when the charity’s founders, Katy Hirst and Rhiannon Lane, asked me to continue their work in 2017. I absolutely love being part of a talented and caring creative community that makes magical moments which change us all.
