I am a musician and dancer specialising in all things improvised, from free improvisation in music to Contact Improvisation in dance. Originally from New Zealand, I have trained as a classical musician, and since journeyed through Celtic, world, and jazz music. I now maintain a dual practice working in the UK and internationally as a soloist and performer (music, dance and combined), alongside work with Bright Shadow as a facilitator and artist leading Zest and Zest at Home sessions.
