I joined the Board in 2022. Aside from my Bright Shadow role, I am a health and social care researcher (often focussing on dementia care research), a dementia care worker and a decent baker. Before joining the Board, I supported research and project evaluations of Bright Shadow activities. In the past, I have also worked for NHS psychological services for older people in East Kent.
