I am a theatre artist, and yoga teacher having worked for years in Canada and the UK specialising in clown and devised theatre.
I came to Bright Shadow after working in London in Dementia Arts following my Mothers Alzheimer’s diagnosis. It’s a privilege being a part of the Bright Shadow team and I love the sense of play and immediacy
we find through joy filled movement and playful connection during Zest sessions.
