Before Bright Shadow, I worked for the NHS as a peer support worker within mental health. It was more than just a job for me, it was something I was passionate about. It gave me good reason to get up and go to work every day and most of the time it didn’t feel like work. In the past I worked in various health and social care settings. I first got involved with Bright Shadow through Zest, and Zest at Home.
