I joined the Board of Trustees having attended the Zest Groups with my late husband. There I experienced first hand the laughter, stimulation, enjoyment and support of attending our local group which was a vital part of our lives.

From first hand experience I understand exactly what it’s like to live with dementia and to care for someone who has it.
