As the newest member of the Bright Shadow team, it is a real privilege to bring Zest to the Medway community. I have worked across Arts, Heritage, Public Health, Local Authority and Education sectors, and I’m passionate about how creativity can contribute to a better quality of mental and physical health, breaking down barriers and reducing social isolation. Zest Sessions are full of positivity, joy, friendship and lots and lots of laughter!
