I previously worked for twenty years in the community for the NHS Older Adults Mental Health Team. In my opinion, there is nothing else in the community that comes anywhere close to the experience of attending the Zest Sessions with our skilled professional artists. Bright Shadow is a wonderful charity I am passionate about and privileged to be involved with.
