Zest Whitstable Coordinator

I arrived at Bright Shadow in 2017 after a long career in Human Resources. I was keen to use my knowledge of dementia after supporting a family member through their journey and to share my own experience as a carer. We have a real feeling of community in our Zest Sessions and it is a privilege to be part of them. I feel that, no matter how small, we manage to make a huge difference to our participants each week and, like them, I always look forward to the next one.
