I am the Director of Ideas Test, a Creative People & Place Project based in Medway and Swale. After an education first in art history, then practice from the University of Sussex and Central Saint Martin’s School of Art & Design, I have worked for theatre companies and arts centres in London for over 20 years. These included Graeae Theatre Company, Half Moon and the Albany in Deptford.

Since moving to Kent, I have worked for local authorities, charities and freelance clients – specialising in arts development, fundraising and outdoor events. I am also a board member of Creative Medway and the Astor Theatre.
