We take the same approach to working with staff as we do with people living with dementia: we want people to thrive. Through a combination of sharing knowledge and information and practical hands-on learning of new skills, our training and staff development programmes are designed to discover, encourage and nurture the best in people.

Based on the latest in dementia research, our training is relationship-centred, taking into account everybody involved in each individual setting. Following the ‘Senses Framework’ developed by Nolan et al. (1997; 2001; 2003), our trainers work closely with organisations to develop environments where everybody can experience Security, Continuity, Belonging, Purpose, Achievement and Significance, maintaining a good sense of wellbeing by co-creating creative spaces together.

Over the years we’ve created resources that can stimulate and inspire you or help those supporting others working with people with dementia.

Find yourself transported to the village fête, the seaside, or your very own desert island; making seed bombs, paper birds and playing ‘Would you rather?’ along the way.

You can request our latest set of resources by getting in touch with us below.
