Since March 2020 when we could no longer meet face-to-face due to Covid-19, we moved our Zest communities sessions to take place as Zoom video calls.
Zest Communities on Zoom are fun filled and energising sessions led by one of our friendly artists who are professional actors, dancers, filmmakers, directors and visual artists. These sessions are designed for people living with dementia, with memory problems as well as their family and friends.
Like our face-to-face Zest Sessions, these creative sessions take place at four different time slots each week. Sessions are 1 hour in length and focus on a theme typically encompassing a a range of creative activities from music, improvisation, movement and storytelling. These sessions emphasis the wellbeing of participants through encouraging active participation and collaboration within the group.
You will need a computer/laptop/iPad. We can help participants to get online.
