At our Zest Communities Swale groups we guarantee a warm welcome and are open to those living with and without dementia. Our groups run in Faversham and Sittingbourne every other Monday.

Sittingbourne – Phoenix House, Central Avenue, ME10 4BX 1.45pm-3.45pm
